U- Tube Heat Exchanger

Tube heat exchangers are characterized by compact design and low pressure drop. The tube bundles are connected to the tube plates by roll-in and weld-in technology. Heat exchangers with straight tube bundles are welded to the shell on both sides, and therefore, the shell space is not accessible. Consequently, this type is suitable for steam, thermal oil and conditioned cooling water. Heat exchangers with a U-tube design are connected to the tube plate only at one end. Thus, you can pull out the tube bundles and clean the interior space.

Double-Tube Heat Exchanger

With double-tube heat exchangers, the product is inside the tubes and the heating or cooling water is outside the tubes. The reversals can be either welded or flanged, as required. Such heat exchangers are mainly used as product coolers or preheaters.

Safety heat exchanger with raised floor

The safe separation of liquids is already given by the construction. In the case of leakage from a tube welding, this ensures that no mixing will occur between the tube and shell side media. The design and material selection is done according to the application.

Floating tubesheet heat exchanger

The floating tubesheet heat exchanger offers, in terms of pressure and temperature, flexibility and minimizes the maintenance effort. It is characterized by a separate tube and shell space. The tube bundles are connected to the tube plate by roll-in or weld-in technology. Through the shell flanged joint and drawn tube bundle, the shell space can be accessed.
